So I came up with an idea of a Christmas gift for my husband about a month ago. I've been working on it since. The closer it gets to giving it to him I am getting more and more doubts. Cold feet I guess. The gift is a new Amazon Fire tablet, specifically for the purpose of storing and viewing private photos and videos, preloaded with photos of me that I am taking myself. I was inspired to do boudoir photos, diy style for my own conservative reasons. Since its diy I feel more free to get as sexy/erotic/risque as I desire at that moment. I was trying to figure out a way to keep them secure and for our eyes only. That's where the idea of the tablet came in. I have encrypted and locked the tablet, have an app that we have to go to that requires a pin to access the photos and videos, disabled automatic cloud uploads. The more secure I can make this the better, he and I will be the only ones to lay eyes on these. I have been taking photos during my free time while he is at work. I set up a tripod, use self timer function, and do some light editing to correct framing, cropping, lighting and filters. I have accumulated a collection of 40 photos, ranging from lingerie to bra and panties to nudes. Figured out how to do some fun GIFs as well. I am pretty happy with what I've done so far. The idea is to keep adding to the tablet after I give it to him. Photos and videos that we will take together. We have talked about doing sexy photos and videos b4, dabbled in it a little bit. So this is definitely something he desires. If your SO did something like this as a Christmas gift what would you think? Anyway I should change it? Or anything I should rethink? I just don't want him to be disappointed with it or think its a dumb gift. I guess that's why I'm getting cold feet.
