Domestic discipline

 I want my partner to spank me.

He has no moral, ethical or religious objections to this, but he says he can't do it because he doesn't want to hurt me. We have safe words but this doesn't seem to help. I don't want to make him do anything he's uncomfortable with, but this is one of my biggest fantasies. Any advice would be very appreciated :)
